Todd Proctor
is the lead pastor of Rock Harbor Church in Costa Mesa, CA. Initially the worship pastor at this rapidly growing church, Todd's visionary gift found him playing a role that he never saw coming. His humility and innovation have enabled him to gather and lead an exceptionally strong ministry team, without feeling the need to be constantly in the spotlight. His mix of worship leading and visioneering make him a unique gift to the church.
Mike Pilavachi
is the founder and pastor of Soul Survivor Church, Watford, England, outside London, which he planted in the early 1990's with friend and worship leader Matt Redman. He also leads Soul Survivor festivals, Britain's largest Christian youth festival. A self-effacing, hilarious communicator and a prolific writer, Mike's close connection with the Church of England has enabled him to introduce many traditional churches to the ministry of the Holy Spirit. He supports Manchester United Soccer Club, but we won't hold that against him.
JD & ReAnn Daniel
lead Coastlands Church in Adelaide, Australia, one of the fastest growing multi-site churches with a passion for Jesus and His ways in South Australia. They first met, married and ministered in Los Angeles, drawn together initially by their common love and gifting for worship. They moved to Australia from the US eight years ago where they are now pastoring their second church. Having written and recorded countless worship songs, as well as pioneered Thirsty Worship gatherings, they have a unique ability to lead people through preaching, worship and the prophetic with contagious passion and innovation. Their three kids are Reese, Isabella, and Evangeline.
Tim Chaddick
is the pastor for preaching and vision at Reality LA in Hollywood, CA. Tim grew up the son of a pastor near San Francisco. Embracing the “unholy trinity” of sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll in his teens, he was later awoken to the power of Jesus at a horrifyingly cheesy Christian event. In 2006, Tim was called to plant a Gospel-centered church in the heart of Hollywood. Since that time, attendance has grown from 20 to almost 2,000. Tim's boldness and passionate adherence to biblical, gospel-centered truth has refreshed many jaded believers and helped reveal God's truth to unbelievers. He and his wife Lindsey live in Los Angeles with their two daughters."
Chris Wienand
and his wife Meryl led Southlands Church for 14 years. Chris is now focusing his time mentoring and training church planters and the many church leaders that have planted from Southlands, while remaining based at the community of Southlands that he poured into. Chris came to faith during the Jesus People movement in South Africa. He and Meryl led a church in Durban, South Africa before coming to America to lead Southlands. He has been a prolific catalyst for raising up young leaders in both of the churches he has led; many of these leaders have gone on to plant churches around the world.
Alan Frow
is the lead pastor of Southlands Church. Initially an English and Zulu teacher by vocation, Alan began writing and recording songs for the church in South Africa in the early 1990's. This eventually led to worship events worldwide. Alan was a pastor for worship and preaching in Durban, South Africa for 7 years, as well as the lead pastor of a church in Johannesburg for 5 years. Alan, his wife Rynelle and their three children moved from South Africa in 2007 to join Southlands. In October 2010, Chris and Meryl handed over the leadership of the church to Alan and Rynelle. His unique gift mix has helped many churches that desire to see a synergy of theology, administration, the prophetic and creativity released in the life of the local church.
