Curriculum

We use curriculum which includes fun activities, art/crafts and Bible story time, all incorporating the same Bible truths. Worship is conducted using music, dance and instruments. We also take a short quiet time, or as we call it 'soaking', to listen to God. A take-home page is included that reinforces the Bible lesson taught each Sunday and enabling the parents to discuss the lesson with their children.

On the 2nd, 4th and 5th Sundays, the four and five year olds attend The Realm Worship Time, an upbeat, energizing program with music, movement, puppets, and much, much more! For their safety, this age group remains separate from the older children at this time.

What to Bring

Please bring your child’s special snacks, if your child has allergies. Please notify the child-care workers of the specific allergens. No personal toys are allowed.

Diaper/Potty- Trained

If your child is not potty-trained, please do not check in your child with a wet or dirty diaper, as this age group does not have a diaper changing time. If your child does need to be changed, we will page you. For those who are potty-trained, please take your child to the restroom prior to checking in.

Snack

During the service, a snack with water will be provided. The snack is usually Goldfish, animal crackers, or a graham crackers. The snack may change depending on the lesson or to celebrate a special holiday.

*PLEASE ALERT THE CHILD-CARE WORKER IF YOUR CHILD HAS A FOOD ALLERGY!!!

Toy Cleaning and Sanitation: Toys are washed every Sunday after service.

Emergencies

You will be contacted immediately if your child has been injured (e.g. a bump or bruise forms or the skin is broken). The child-care worker may fill out an accident report and give it to the lead child-care worker for any further action if necessary.
