Our goal is to enrich your life through relationships and not programs. Life Groups are therefore a vehicle to produce effective change, growth and maturity in and through the individual. We take seriously the biblical injunction to change our world and feel that Life Groups enable us to achieve this most effectively.
Sunday gatherings, though necessary in their own right, do not provide sufficient opportunities for effectively getting to know know each other, caring for each other, being equipped or providing missional opportunities (where we impact our world). That is why we highly recommend involvement in a Life Group.
Small groups of people that meet in homes during the week, are one way that we can facilitate the connecting and strengthening of relationships within our Southlands family.
The Christian call is experienced through faith, lived out by devotion and motivated by a genuine concern for the physical, mental and spiritual state of our fellow human beings, wherever they may live. Life Groups enable us to creatively and productively thrive.
